I just found your blog through the Knitting Doctor's list of medical blogs, and now I'm going to have to read it all the time! My hubby and I lived in Cleveland while he was in med school at CWRU SOM (I taught at Beaumont and VASJ), and we still miss it occasionally.

Isn't it so sad about the medical situation down there? I have a friend who's a unit nurse (with lots of ER experience, too) who spent all day yesterday trying to find a group that would take her and let her volunteer down there. She finally got the Red Cross to do it but has to go through their training first next week. So very, very sad. :(
