The cardigan looks great and the colors are so striking.
Posted by Kris at December 3, 2005 12:45 PMPretty sweater, pretty sock yarn! How old is your niece? A teenager would love those colors.
Posted by Lorette at December 3, 2005 3:11 PMI will send out your last package sometime this week. Sorry it's a little late, but I have been so busy. Looks like you've been busy too. :)
Posted by Secret Pal6 at December 4, 2005 4:48 PMThat sweater came out wonderfully! That's so amazing, considering how the colorway didn't want to work.
Hey, you think the Browns could get that Texas QB? Boy, wouldn't that be something. I'm knitting up another Browns hat for Christmas and somehow ended up deciding to make three (one for each of the boys in the family: FIL, Hubby, and Son). That Smart yarn from Norway has a nice Browns orange. Threadbear Fiber Arts had it for a good price, I thought. It's a lot like Country 8 ply, but it's softer.
Of course, I found some Koigu Kersti there, too, in Browns colors and had to buy it. *sigh* I am such a knitting freak for my hubby--he loves good warm hats in the winter, and his old Browns hat I made is looking ratty. I'm going to make one for my son, too, who just loved his Browns orange hat that he lost.
