I enjoy your blog because it discusses more than just knitting. I do, however, enjoy the knitting bits as well.

I wish I had the nerve to pull my bathroom apart. I live alone, and I am really nervous about pulling up a toilet. I watched my brother do that once, and I remember how heavy that toilet was even for a very strong man. Also, playing around with the sealing ring (gasket?) is a thought that intimidates me.

or go back to the previous lightbulbs! Just kidding. I vote for more plaster. Sanding that stuff is going to have your entire house looking like it was dusted with powdered sugar.
